Our fitness class makes use of core exercises extracted from Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu and it was put to together to deliver the perfect workout that gets you results faster.
You will be using your own body weight as well as some very light free weights combined together to help you get in shape at no time.
Duration – The duration varies depending on what the class is trying to achieve, but in general a typical Jiu – Jitsu -cise class will last on average around 30-45 minutes.
